Staff was friendly. Pool is very good.
Public beach. Rooms need to be renovated. Meals is awful. Ants and mosquitos in the room.
The location of this Hotel is excellent being only a short walk from the harbour.
Seemed to lack atmosphere and although 5* hotel the bathroom did not warrant this rating.

Hotel nicely decorated, friendly and competent staff, good breakfast, great extras for families with babies (bathtub, sterilizer, kettle all provided for free by the hotel). Location nearby the port and a long streach of restaurants and shops by the sea.
The pictures are misleading, the hotel doesn't have its own beach, or any sandy beach around. For that you have to take the car and drive for a few good km. In any case, all the beaches belong to the municipality. The hotel is full of senior British citizens, which makes young people feel like outsiders. Baby high chairs old and not easy to use.
The bed (king-size double) was the best we've found in any hotel anywhere. The poached eggs at breakfast were perfect - better than the London Savoy when I stayed there.
The air-conditioning thermostat in our room (402) seemed to be inaccurate.
The hotel and staff were excellent. We also enjoyed having access to the facilities of their sister property next door at the Almyra. Everything we needed was at the Annabelle or Almyra so you don't need to stray far to relax. The restaurant along the water at the Almyra named the Ouzeri had great food and the location was fantastic.

Superb staff and excellent location! Rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean. We were very impressed.
No heated pools and WiFi signal is very weak if you reside in a room furthest away from the lobby area.

Unfortunately the lady in the room above walked about with heels on which was quite annoying.
The heating was not turned on as we were told until the 1st December. The window was not closing tidely and the room was like a fridge...i didnt like the decor of the hotel and except of the facilities it doesnt look like 5* hotel

No indoor pool or spa facilities in the hotel. when the weather is not good it is difficult to use facikities in sister hotel

Room well substandard 5 star hotel, no curtains for windows letting daylight through, only water for first arrival, never replenished, no tea or coffee facilities in room, minibar empty and switched off, could hear everything from neigbouring rooms, hotel need a refit.
