Food very average for 5 star the breakfast was cold
The staff was great and there food was really nice

Definitely not up to 5* standards, in dire need of cleaning and a good maintenance. The windows of the panoramic elevators were so dirty that you couldn't see through. The bottom of the swimming pool had huge places where the floor cover was gone. The reception was obviously understaffed and they were very inneficient. And don't get me started on the quality of food in the restaurants...
