Can't beat this place in terms of value for money. Excellent location, fully furnished and really nice and spacy apartment (room 306). Easy communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

On the first night there was not enough parking spaces in the private backyard but the owner has kindly offered to pay for the spot (€5 a day) at a location just 20 metres away. At night, you could hear the hum from all the a/c units around but not a big deal and probably not related to this accommodation only.

Excellent location, few steps away from fenikoudis beach, all international and local restaurants are surrounding the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, great money value, excellent sea view, 5 minutes walking from St. Lazarus Church and Forum shopping place.

No reception desk, private check in upon arrival. Hotel entrance is between the restaurants' kitchens backdoors, there are no enough parking spaces in the hotel's private parking.
