The location is perfect at 100 m from the beach and the harbour, and 5 minutes walking from the square. surrounded by lot of restaurants and supermarkets. very calm. we got an apartment on the pool which was an added value to our stay. the apartment is spacious, AC and wifi were very good. the room was cleaned everyday in other words the quality/price ratio was great, I highly recommend this place

the shower needed little maintenance but it wasn't a big deal

The pool was nice, you could basically see the seaside from the complex, it was a very short walk to the beach and harbor and all restaurants. Perfect location! Keep in mind that Ayia Napa is a party town!

The furniture was quite old and did not look nice. But it was comfortable and cheap so no problem. Also we had the cheapest apartment, other rooms might have looked different from what we saw though the window.

Absolutely loved my stay at the alexia! The staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious and most importantly, the pool is beautiful! Would recommend to everyone - didn't feel like a 2 star at all.

Cleaner wakes you up at 11:30 but you get used to it!

The staff were so lovely and our room was cleaned everyday! The balconies were so useful and made each night really enjoyable as well as a great pool and bar with happy hour! The location was great- close to the beach and supermarkets as well as great walking distance from the clubs yet far enough for it not to be too noisy if you didn't want to be involved in all the hectic nightlife! I would highly recommend alexia and would stay there again!

We had an issue with our cooker but the staff tried to fix the problem when we needed.

Door couldnt be locked from the inside and free wi-fi connection was poor in rooms. Good value for your money ! Recomended

The staff and owner are so friendly and always there 24/7 to help with anything. The room is cleaned every day and towels/sheets replaced. The pool is great and the location is the best you could have. About 1min from the harbour and main beach (Limanaki) and 5 min from the main square where all the clubs/bars are. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for more great times in 2014.

The location was fantastic, really close to the beach, restaurants and market places. Desk reception was very nice, friendly and helpful. The room / apartment was bigger than I expected. The hotel is beautiful, with all rooms around the pool. The pool is big and clean, and the surronding area has many flowers and is a pleasant sight.

The cleaning service was bad. The room used to smell like dirty water after cleaned, we had to open the doors and windows to have the smell gone. There were quite a few cockroaches as well, some in the bathroom, some in the balcony (these last are ok, because of the garden environment).

The room is pretty spacey and the balcony is good for having a glass of wine in the evening.

Facilities are old and hotel needs renovation.

It is close to Limanaki beach. Not noisy during the night, which is very important for Ayia Napa hotel.

Rooms are very old. Wifi connection was poor.

location in the centre of ayia napa and near the harbor is beneficial... room interior is fair...

staff friendliness isn't at its top level... no toiletry and no breakfast or dining facilities is disappointing... the pool is not enticing to have a swim... overall rating is average
