The apartment with two bedrooms is very well conceived (there are also two bathrooms). In the residence there is also an inside pool and sauna and gym opened until 20:00 (very nice to relax after a day full of visits of different sites). There is also a restaurant that proposes a dinner menu. The staff at the reception is very friendly and give good advice (for example to visit Avakas gorges).

People outside the hotel were allowed to use the facilities of the hotels (they put soap in the jacuzzi)...Maybe security should be reinforced...

Modern,spacious and well equipped apartment with a balcony facing pool area and well kept grounds. Parking was on site. We all had a good night sleep after all day trips. Nice location on top of the hill. A bit out of town so if you want to stay in Paphos area close to lively nightlive it's probably better if you stay a bit closer to Paphos. However there were taxis around and it's really only about 10-15mis drive so not bad at all.

Although the apartment was very modern we noticed that at some places the tiles came off in the common areas but that was all. Internet wasn't working - we normally want to get away from internet on our holiday so it's not a real deal breaker but this time we were expecting some news and updates and needed to check emails. We had to buy a few days of internet usage through our mobile phone company.

Enjoyed our 5 days at Bianca 1 townhouse. Great facilities and very clean resort. The staff were very polite and always willing to help. The pool was checked on a regular basis and was very clean.

A little out of the way. A car is a must

The pool was perfect. Not very cold and not very warm.. I liked it very much. The apartment was fine too! I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel.

-Spacious apartment with many utilities -Big balconies (we had 2) -Free wi-fi in rooms -Quiet location

-Cleanliness of the apartment not so good (there were some insects on the floor and some dust around the apartment corners). We also noticed some bed mites when we unfolded the sofa to make the extra bed. -Breakfast price was advertised for 5 euros per person but didn't mention anything about the extra 10% vat supplement that we paid in the end.

IT was very quiet and relaxing

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of May and we loved it because it was very quiet there at that time, so every time we went to the outdoor swimming pool, we had it entirely for ourselves. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. We didn't use the restaurant as we prepared food in apartment or ate outside. There is a shop nearby. Hotel is located on a hill, so from most of the rooms there is a view on the sea. Hotel cooperates with taxi company, bike rental company and with car renting company - all with special rates, we used all 3 services and are satisfied with it. The reception works 24/7 but each time we tried to use it we had to wait min. 5 minutes for someone to come - in the quiet season it is ok. Great price comparing to all the things included. I recommend it.

Apartments were very well appointed and value for money. Facilities on site were good. Bed and breakfast was excellent value and regular staff were extremely friendly.

Studio for price of very reasonable hotel room. Full kitchen, comfortable seating area. Plus gym, indoor pool on site as well as the big outdoor one. Friendly staff. Nice breakfasts.

Just little niggles, like no duvet cover, I'm sure would have been sorted if I'd bothered to complain. Restaurant small but complex huge, and if it had been any busier probably best to consider it self catering only. Sauna and jacuzzi had to be pre-booked, we are not that organised.

Clean, comfort, fully equiped studio. Quiet this time of the year. I loved the location away from the tourist area but within 5 min drive to the city centre and the beach. Great value for money. 40 euros with breakfast per night for the studio.

Everything about this hotel/villa was perfect. Villa with private swimming pool, very spacious, very clean and great staff. The Breakfast was nice and the service in the restaurant was also good.

The Wifi expired every 24 hours, so had to obtain new logins from reception.

Numerous swimming pools all in good condition, great value for money, spacious accommodation, effective air conditioning.

Just small things. When we arrived the reception wasn't open and we weren't really sure where to go to get our key. Also, the light in the bathroom blew on a number of occasions and the light on the balcony of the main bedroom could not be turned off. Location does require a car.

Be prepared to be far from everything. Car is essential. Free Wifi was totally unreliable which was very frustrating as hotel was chosen in part for internet access.

The rooms were modern and well equipped. The swimming pools were also very nice!

Our air-condition didn't work we asked to fix it but there was no interesting from the reception ( to send somebody) I called them 3 times and they were saying ' I will send somebody" but nobody came until the next day.. The finally said that they couldn't to anything about it and after ours of discussing they got us a new room.

The resort itself was very nice and in a good location.

The rooms, balconies, hall ways and dining room were not clean at all!! Also, the reception area closes too early. Unacceptable for such a beautiful resort.

Wi-fi poor reception. Not enough basic equipment, cutlery etc. Not clean enough apartments. Not regular cleaning intervals, only once a week. Noisy & late night parties at venue by owner residents.
