Everything about the hotel, The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely furnishing and the suite was beautiful with great views.

It was quite away from the shops and bustle of the high street. The only way to get around was either by bus, renting a car or an excursion.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful, we had 3 night stay which we found to be very nice, the rooms were lovely the decor was really nice, food was also good, we would like to come again on another visit when we have some spare time.

Great hotel to stay in, lovely room and very clean. Great breakfast buffet, grest selection of foods. Lovely outdoor facilities and beach area. Pool bar looked very nice too. Reception is very helpful and a great shop for gifts, souvenirs, sweets etc. We didn't experience the restaurant food but did get room service food and it was great. I used the indoor pool with my 1 year old, and it was open 11 hours of the day, it was very clean.

Not very child friendly. Plugs easily accessible in rooms, we were put in a room above the evening entertainment which was quite loud which wasn't great with a 1 year old. Wasn't impressed with the very small ladies changing room (no cubicles) for the indoor pool, which wasn't great with a toddler.

The rate through letsbookhotel.com was better than I could get in person, on the day......so thank you to letsbookhotel.com I actually sat in the hotel lobby and made the reservation online, handed my iPad to the receptionist, and checked in a few minutes later. The saving was considerable.

The food was very delicious, both breakfast and dinner. The staff was smiling, polite and efficient at check-in and check-out.

The walls were so thin you can here every single noise from the next two rooms. It's unpleasant. Beach towels are not changed every day.

We got a free upgrade to the top-floor sea-view suite. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good.

The renovation of the rooms. Excellent personnel. The room was not that clean. Some channels on Tv were not working properly.Great location. Excellent breakfast.

Just renovated. Lovely rooms. Very clean. We had the all inclusive package which was great- definitely worth doing. Food was substantial with plenty of variety. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The Internet in the rooms doesn't work properly. In the lobby it was much better.

The reservation was made online and the information suggested that we pay at the time of arrival and that no money will be taken from our card but when we arrived they had already taken the money.

Staff was negative and sometimes rude, food and coffee very expensive compared to its quality, very disappointinted by their service, No vegetarian options on food
