You don't need to go through reception every time, a big and comfortable room with kitchen and all needed things for cooking, 5 mins to the seacoast, cats in the room:)

Non-free wi-fi, double bed is in fact two different beds - the hole appears in the middle)

We booked the hotel from the airport as required another night in resort. The staff were very good when we arrived at the hotel and the room was better than expected. They were also very helpful with arranging late check out for us at the last minute. Really nice and clean hotel, definitely go back there.

large, 25 meter, swimming pool, nice beaches nearby, nice weather (26 degrees Celsius) lots of restaurants and cafes, ripe mediterranean fruit, many archeological sites, English spoken

noisy toilet reservoirs in appartments, air pollution by traffic in Paphos city center, driving to the left of the road, early sunset, at 17 o'clock

location, price, you can find the hotel very easy , clean. hot water in the bathroom all day.

they have to do some changes like in a bathroom the showerhead. its ok but is better to chance !

The location was perfect just near the water front in Kato Paphos. The rooms were cozy and rustic and the place was quiet and very clean.

Needs a few more kitchen utensils in the kitchenette.

Location:You can walk to the old castle in 15 minutes. Many restaurants in close vicinity. Close to Paphos airport. Staff were very helpful. Apartment was ver clean with small kitchen.

Our room was on the main road, so there was traffic noise from the street.

Staff very friendly were able to solve immediately all the problems we had. From the beginning to the last minutes the made feel us like home. The hotel is well located close to the center but in a quite enviroment, at walking distance from the beach

Only 20 minutes walk to the harbour and ancient buildings. Bus stops fiew meters away.

Nice and helpful staff, perfect clean & deep pool, location is ok (though it takes at least 20 minutes by walk to the harbor). Meat Academy restaurant located near the reception serves great food and drinks (plus you get a 10% discount as a hotel guest).

Beds & pillows were not comfortable. Wi-fi in the room was rather poor and costs additional 5 eur for the entire stay (its free in the public area). We did not like the fact that room safe was also for additional (minor) fee.

Location near the beach, easy public transit, nice pool, very good price for quality, pretty clean, helpful staff, great air conditioning (very important in cyprus!) & very good restaurant right next to the hotel! Paphos is the best location in cyprus, beautiful beaches yet quiet enough to relax.

The shower curtain could be changed & having some dish soap in the kitchen would also be useful seeing as guest might not want to buy a whole bottle at the grocery store. Other than that everything was satisfactory

Nice pool, near by bus stop to the city centre, which is not far away. Pretty good restaurant Meat academy. Good location in general, you can reach sea or main restaurant street on foot. Every room has a balcony or small terrace to chill. Very friendly and helpful administrator (older one).

Room was full of ants, which was annoying. Beds have weird sheets, with plastic in it. In some rooms (like was ours) there is no possibility to get wifi even for money.

The pool was really good, large enough to swim lengths. Our apartment looked out on to the pool so we were really close. The apartment was large and clean, it wasn't very modern but had everything we wanted.

There was a kettle in the kitchen but we couldn't use it as it had a European plug on and all the plugs in the apartment are British 3 pin! I boiled water in a pan on the gas hob.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the kitchen as well. Spotless. The restaurant food is great and also the waiter Raluca . The Cypriot food was amazing! Congratulations to the chef!

The staff where excellent. The pool is beautiful. Minutes away from the beach. Not a huge meat eater but the meat academy restaurant next door had some of the best ribs I have ever eaten. Would go back in a second!

Very friendly welcome, extra tips for day trips, very clean, nice pool, fully functional kitchen, nice view, quiet room, 2 balconies, great location (close to beaches and city center but not noisy).

There is a music show taking place during some nights at a hotel close by, which luckily finishes at 11pm. This was the only noise and bearable, but still it would have been even nicer without...

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. The room was very comfortable and we had a nice little garden style patio with a lovely view.

The only thing is that the poolside bar didn't seem to be open but maybe that was due to the time of year.

Nice apartment, very roomy and with a nice little terrace for breakfast. We stayed "off-season" and it was very quiet, including the wonderful swimming pool, which I expect to be a little crowded during the summer. The very kind staff took some time to explain every service available with its price, so we couldn't have any surprises. Undoubtedly great value for the money we spent.

The bathroom wasn't clean enough and we had some ants around the handbasin. Not something that we couldn't live with, still a bit disappointing.

The family that owns this hotel is extremely friendly, helpful, sincere, and selfless. The brother, sister, mother, and father who run this magnificent establishment constantly go out of their way to ensure that their guests are comfortable and happy. There is a supermarket, restaurant and other family businesses attached. It was a wonderful, relaxing week in Paphos! Thank you Pandream Hotel Apartments!

Harris the receptionist was very helpful.

Studio apartment was really comfortable.

Apartments need to have warn out materials replaced, especially stained bed sheets/covers. More attention is needed to cleanliness. Twin beds.

Swimming pool very good, Guy worked on it in the morning to keep it nice. quite there even if lots of traffic going by, close to road.

felt no regard for safety, steps had no white lines, it was dark,kitchen cooker gas went and had to go reception to ask why, tell me a leak had occured, but what if i had left the tap on, and the gas put back on, should have notified me,apartment not cleaned very well my partner fell on step, had to have toe plastered, bled so much, no concern not even asked about,health and safety should be looked into more.

Unfortunately the room was small and very 70's like. The apartments were run down, advertises a gym but no access.

The reception area was light and modern and the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean but could with more sunbeds as in summer it will be busier and there were only about 12 beds around the pool although they were in good condition.

The building could do with a paint as the different coloured paintwork on the outside is not pleasing to look at. The room itself could do with an upgrade on the furnishings and the paintwork is the same coloured wood in the rooms which makes it look tired and out of date. It could also do with a snack bar or restaurant onsite instead of giving discount vouchers for places nearby as the hotel lacked any kind of atmosphere as a result.
