Nice and spacious, friendly people who run it, easy to find, great location. Perfect place to stop in Nicosia.

Interior: modern style (mostly Ikea), recently renovated, with quality kitchen appliances, smell of fresh paint (in the good sense), soap/shampoo/some useful kitchen stuff is provided, clean Exterior: old building located just on Ledra str., rather unpleasant enterance but not really significant Management: no personal contact, keys through the box, nice manager (on the phone) was very wecoming, we we allowed to stay a few more hours on the day of check-out with no extra charge Location: just on Ledra str., the busiest and noisiest part of it. Concentration of cafes and bars (translating sport events periodically) around the enterance, a couple of supermarkets in a short walking distance, very convinient for exploring the city, but really noisy. I would recommend for young couples and other groups but without any problems with sleep =)

Really very noisy inside the apartment About 12 steps ща stairs to the elevator ( who sensitive to this) No safe box Semitransparent glass door in the toilet&bathroom with no lock ( kids had fun =)

The apartment was very clean, modern, offered all facilities and was extremely comfortable!

A bit loud on weekend because on the main street. Also the airconditionning was stopping in the middle of the night.

Clean,new and good furniture well equiped kitchen, dishwasher would be good esp if your on holiday and dont want to waste time with washing. Internet is fast and location is prime near to everything. Would definately return.

The building itself is old run down and dirty.
