quiet area though its close to tourist area! the staff was really friendly very nice decoration

Very friendly staff who welcomed us very nicely. They gave us early checkin as well as room upgrade to bigger room.

The staff were very helpful and made us welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were of good size and towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. even the cleaner was polite and friendly. I would have no hesitation booking the palms again. really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were fantastic. It was more like a family rather than business. Totally enjoyed my stay here. All facilities were true to what they mentioned while booking. Would definitely stay here once more.

Maybe for the price of the rooms, breakfast could be included.

I liked the staff service only.

I didn't like the living room because it hadn't got an a/c and it was warm. The kitchen equipment was worn and old. The dustbins of the kitchen and the toilet hadn't got caps. The swimming pool was dirty with some insects. The two verandas were dirty and had got worn chairs and tables. The a/c of the room was small and old. It was nearly enough to feel fresh.

The service in the rooms. They did not come at all for a day and we had to call them. Apartments do not look like the pictures, were very old comparing to what we expected.

The room, the entrance hall and the stairs were extremely dirty!!!
