friendly reception guys, nice breakfast, pet-friendly. poor furniture, not closing window. 1) toilet cleaning, we couldn't clean toilet after using it because there was no water flashing!!! 2) customer service (i forget my special medicine-shampoo and i called 2 times to send it by courier, they promised to send it, but no result, nobody called back and no courier ever came 3) air condition not work in living room 4) air condition did a lot of noise in bedroom 5) very poor breakfast.
