Nice apartment, mid level, is located in the tourist area, on the first line. Three minutes walk from the sea. Nice sandy beach. Quality is fully consistent with price. Friendly staff. Downstairs there is a small beer pub. I liked everything.

Limassol is my favorite destination and i stayed to almost all the hotels in the area during the last couple of years! This hotel was really a pleasant surprise! Perfect location, friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms! Value for money is all i can say!

Apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished. Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave etc. Adjacent to beach.

Located some way from the old town but there are frequent buses so this is not a serious problem.

Exceptionally good value for an apartment and within 2 mins of beach (not relevant for us as visited in January!) The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff at the bar downstairs were friendly and welcoming and even offered beers on the house! Overall, an excellent budget choice that - despite minor gripes - I'd be happy to use again.

Although the wi-fi is free, you can only log on one device at a time, which is irritating. Parking is available but it's hit and miss whether there'll actually be a space available. The shower fixture wasn't attached properly, meaning it was a 'hand held' job! Lastly, it's worth noting that this is a good 5km from the centre of Limassol - not an issue if all you're after is the beach but it's not clear from the description.

We had a lot of space which was great. A full kitchen so we could self cater and a washing machine which was an excellent bonus!

Furniture is very dated, and the garbage had not been emptied before our stay. The location was good for us, but it was a bit far from the touristy area. You would need your own transport ideally

Big appartment, had even a wash machine. Friendly staff.

Matress was in really bad shape. The shower douche was broken and would not hang on the wall. Wi fi was initially really bad, improved a bit after restart. Staff do not have any touristic info at all, not even a map. Breakfast was really poor. They served Toast and boiled eggs completely cold that you could not tell when they were prepared.

+ The owner is friendly and helpful + good location, on the sea front road in the tourist area, close to Starbucks and next to the pretty Dasoudi Beach + free parking + free WiFi + self-contained apartment with balcony and decently equipped kitchen, easy to self-cater + has a nice little restaurant + the cheapest accommodation that shows up in my Limassol internet searches + not perfect by any means, but good value for money

- &Quot;boutique" is rather misleading, I'd just say "beach" which is more accurate, and doesn't give ideas above its station - a little run-down - breakfast not included - small tv with a fine selection of Russian cable channels (this is a plus if you're Russian)

The kitchen has all the appliances, washing machine etc. The room is spacious, the staff is very friendly. There is a bus stop very near, the beach is very close too

The pool wasn't filled, it was April and not too hot, but I would still expect the hotel to have all the facilities mentioned. The room had a weird smell sometimes and in general felt a bit old.

The staff was very friendly the host welcomed us with a coffee until our room was ready, large kitchen and living room, very well equipped to cook and clean your clothes.

no hot water, the windows were not isolated, we could not close them properly, no lock mechanism thus lot of noise from the street and cold in the room in february, far from the city center.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, good facilities, decent lcd tv with satellite channels(a few english and a many russian ones).

Old furniture, oldish smell and dirty rooms. Existing wi-fi signal but no internet conection. Dirty surrounding back area and close beach. For me not a location to stay for several days but a decent budget one for 1 night sleepover.

We stayed only one night but it is ok only for one night. I like The design in the apts. Old boutique fourniture. Apts was good organised there was livingroom with a lots of space, and bóg sleepingroom with very comfortable beds:) it has all kitchen staff and lots of towels.

The bathroom was disaster and WiFi wasn't working, it was very hard to search the wifi and to conect. Finally we found unsecure wifi and we conected.

The staff don't want to help You or give You any information. The Bed linen and towels are old. It's not a clean place. The mattress was old and sank in the middle part I run out of toilet paper, and they could not give me more. So they gave me napkins!!! You can not leave anything in the fridge, because when you leave the room, they cut the electric power! The windows are so dirty, I could not see if it was a sunny day or not.

- Somewhat value for money - if somebody is there for leisure, the position is fairly good, nearby the sea

- Insects coming out of the shower pipes - the fact that they asked me if I want to pay at arrival or departure, and despite me saying I prefer paying at departure (because I intended to prolong or shorten my staying depending on my work's needs), they charged me the whole amount of the reservation the first day (de facto stealing from me 1 night fee). - uncomfortable beds

The owner (manager) was very welcoming and friendly.

Dirty room, moldy shower, old and worn furniture. There was a neglected bird, the cage has never been cleaned out. Disgusting...
