the room is good and it was clean.

the hotel stuff is not really friendly. I has an impression that the stuff is struggaling with the client's requests. The internet access cost 10 euros and apparently it can be used for 48 hours. however as soon as you log off you lost your credit. The fresh drinks were not really good quality and clearly overpriced. Overall, i can say that hotel service is bad.

The sevices were below expectations and the staff were not friendly.
