You have all what u need; the hotel is very friendly, rooms spacious, bathroom and kitchenette are basic but very clean and u find all what u need as bathtub,shower with hot water and all kitchenette equipments. The location is excellent, minutes from the beach with a variety of excellent restaurants , minutes from city center and near the airport. Staff very nice helpful. 100% satisfied and would recommend pasianna.

Very obliging staff who were Staff happy to be there to allow me to check in at 6a.m. Spotplessly clean throughout. Limited but sufficient cold buffet breakfast (+boiled eggs) available, on ordering) for €7.

Excellent accommodation choice for your holidays in Cyprus which I would highly recommend. Great location – 2 minutes’ walk to the best beach and the best nightlife in Larnaca and at the same time you are tucked away in a quiet area. Briefly, you are in a relaxing and calm environment within few steps to the beach and the heart of touristic area. There is a bus service at the end of the street if you need it. Staff very friendly always here to help. Free Wifi, Free books, billiard table in the lobby, Pool very clean. Breakfast very rich for all taste. the room was so comfortable, spacious and clean, you have everything you need. The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is fridge for your own use. You can prepare a meal and spend a nice evening in the balcony. Pasianna is offering a cozy self-catering accommodation together with the convenience of a hotel

Great location, steps away from the trendy Makenzy beach whilst in a quiet. Unbeatable value for money. The apartments are clean and nice. We booked a ‘One bedroom Apartment’ and we were really surprised with the big and nice apartment; the kitchenette is fully equipped, you can even cook if you want to. the balcony is big and nice, where you can have your coffee in the early morning and very relaxing in the evening. The breakfast is very good price/value, everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. The staff is extremely helpful and informative; you can feel like at home. You can buy things like water, beer…from the hotel if you want; Free (fast) wifi and AC working very good. The swimming pool is Crystal clear, in a very relaxing place, very refreshing and quiet sitting area around it. The apartment was really worth the money, we felt very lucky that we had come across it; I would definitely recommend this place to families and friends.

This hotel was very friendly and accommodating, high points were: Easy airport access, Good value, reasonable incidentals, Walking distance from the beach.

The hotel area was a bit difficult to find, but this is an issue with Larnaca and road construction.

The staff was very friendly and always there for us. I would definetly return to this hotel. From larnaca airport to pasianna we paid 15 euros. The beach is 5 minutes away.

The staff was extremely helpful. My needs were fully accomodated, even though I had several non-standart requests (ex. very late check-in). The hotel is also the closest one to the airport, only a 5 minute drive.

Location was excellent for what I wanted - close to airport and also some restaurants on the beach. Rooms were very nice and clean and large.

Shower didn't function - no water came out. Had to lay down under the tap in the bath.

Close to the airport, beach and centre of Larnaka. Youth and adults may walk from the Airport. Nice and clean beach area 300 m at Mackenzie Beach, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes.

The apartment was spacious, well located near the airport especially as we arrived late The beach and some restaurants are near

The cooker in the kitchen was very old and slow In the first night there was no hot water, but in the second night it was OK

Good value for an overnight stop close to Larnaca airport. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance at Mackenzie Beach.

The owner is very sympathic and speak french. He tried to help us looking for solution going to the airport by bus or taxi.

No taxi or bus available on sunday morning at 6:00. Walking to the airport is feasible (5 km, 45min) with luggage. We took this hotel for his proximity to the airport by no transport solution at this day/time

I liked the afternoon sun in through the front windows, there is place to do laundry across the street, nice walking areas all around.

The inclusive breakfasts as sold with room inclusively here is not inclusive once there and you can expect 8 additional Euros a night for any air conditioning or heating
