The location is really good on walking distance from the main attraction of Agia Napa - Sandy Bay, Nissi Beach and the town's centre. It is also far from the noise of all bars and pubs. There are few nearby supermarkets and places renting bicycles, scooters, buggies and carс. There is bus stop in front which is very convenient if you are coming from Larnaca Airport by bus. everything about it.we had all that we needed in the apartment ,the supermarket was across the street.it was far enough from the nightlife streets and in the same time like 10 min away.the Mr is very nice and smiley all the time.Everything - value/price ratio was excellent, staff friendly and extremely helpful, clean, spacious, free wifi, perfect location so no need for taxis, beaches and clubs and restaurants within walking distance - highly recommended.
A quite beautiful group of apartments. The room and was clean and very spacious. The location was fantastic as you could reach everything in the center of Ayia Napa on foot.

Location.
The main disadvantage is that the place is situated at the corner of Nissi Ave and Agios Mavris - one of the two main roads in Agia Napa. The noise of passing by cars is 24 hours, especially the racing bikes and buggies during the night. The problem was partly solved when we closed the window facing Nissi Ave and left open the one facing the backyard palm grove.

Reception closes at 8 in the evening which almost cost us our stay as we arrived for check in late in the afternoon. It should be open 24-7. No toiletries. The towels had a bad smell as if they were not washed properly.
Flats close to road traffic. Being ground level apartments enable insects to sneak in to flat sometimes. Not a 24 hour reception at the flats, however there are some handy men around.
The furniture was like at my grandmother's house.
