It was my fourth visit in this hotel. Since a last time the hotel has come big redecoration so everything is new. I like everything here - the behaviour of staff, front desk, tasty half board and cozy room (with TV and Czech channel CT24 I may not forget...). And of course here is Macronissos beach which is one of the best beaches I know). So come and visit this hotel!

beach is clean and spacious. Its a good family crowd.

Beach Bar was much too expensive.

A nice clean hotel located directly on the beach. Breakfast is good, staff are great, excellent facilities & clean rooms

1- Location is good for beach but a little bit far from city cenre (around 4 to 5km) 2-Internet connection is a DISASTER, its the worst feature offered by this hotel, keep on disconnecting & a very slow connection. 3-My room was only separated to my neighbours who were my frds by a door, i could hear every single detail in their room & vice versa

we have to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas and for the safe. Only one key for a double or triple room. no complementary water bottles, tea, coffee. Poor animation team, no tourist guided tours, no activities, no maple syrup or chocolate sauce for pancakes, nopossibility of late check out

This was my second visit in the hotel. Rooms are renovated, clean. I pay much attention in cleanliness and rooms were in a very good condition. Immediate access to the beach. Big parking. Rich breakfast buffet. Very quiet.

The hotel is a bit far from Ay Napa center. You have to have a car, otherwise you have to use the taxi or bus. Beach is nice only if you are looking for a peaceful time. No pool service. We had to walk over to the bar to order and get our drinks.

I have travelled around the world but the following was very annoying: paying for beach chairs and umbrellas, having only one key for the room, safe is not digital (with key) and not free, week animation team, breakfast (no maple syrup, chocolate sauce, eggs on demand), no direct bus route to Limassol, buses were always late, no complementary daily water bottle and tea coffee
