The relaxed atmosphere, the lounges, pool, breakfast area, my room, the whole area and... the staff. It was a three minutes walk to almost everything a tourist could want (beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, souvenir shops and a friendly church...). Just ordinary hotel, nothing special and nothing bad. Hotel located two minutes walk from the beach and has its own pool.

Stayed with my friend the last week of August 2013. Staff really super friendly and helpful with everything. I asked for a room change: they did it in proper availability and got a really good wine bottle from the Manager for the problem I had at the beginning. Perfect location near the beaches, 10 min by walk for Nissi beach: others beaches you need car! 25 min by walk for city center (did twice). Pool was good; Food repeating each week and often same meat in the week, fish i saw only twice. F. We liked the location, it is 5 minutes from the sandy beach and 10 minutes from the bus station and most of all in a quite spot with an nice beach view. The hotel staff are friendly and helpfull. Some family members (brother and niece) did not like the TV... If you are going to Ayia Napa for party then choose more closely hotel to the center. breakfast was average. Low quantity on food. Old building. Old facilities. Extra charges for fridge and other stuff. Weak cooling power on fridge. Not enough bath stuff(shampoo etc.) They only had 2 small soaps. Bad plastic furniture on the balcony. at the reception English girl working which you might find here ;). Poor breakfast menu Small territory. Rooms and bathrooms are really old and small, mattress instead was good, Closet small and in bad position (behind the main door). But you stay always outside therefore you use the hotel only to sleep and wash yourself. They don't open the umbrellas of the pool! it's customer responsibility? :/ Food insufficient quality, especially breakfast. Problem is that you can't book without it, but otherwise where you would go to eat it?. The hotel require some renovation and decoration.
