Excellent value for money. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a villa with all the necessary facilities (for cooking, cleaning, relaxing, effective airconditions) and more than someone would expect! Renovated and everything seems new inside and it is on a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful view. Its is also a minute drive from the beach, 3 minutes drive from Argaka where you can find small restaurants, pubs, bakery, mini supermarket, and 10 minutes from the town of Polis and Lat.
