We loved the most hospitable staff we ever met, that helped us in everything possible; they offered us a free of charge wireless internet, they helped us in finding a cheaper way of transport back to Larnaca airport, and also in telling us which bus route to take to the city and old port. As well as, they helped us in finding the best local restaurants to eat one of the best fish plates ever, one of the local Cyprus food. Moreover, the hotel was close to the soft sands beaches, where we enjoyed immensely.

Absolutely met all our expectations!!! - price/qualitity level is in fact reasonable - appartment is quite large with all needed facilities. Comfortable bed. - swimming-pool is a pleasant additional option, especially on windy days when it's not very comfortable by the sea - good municipal beaches nearby (10 min by walk) as well as all main tourist facilities (restaurants, shops, bars, promenade areas, excursions offices, 5-star hotels). 10 minutes from the city center by bus - delicious and absolutely great taverna next building with cypriot and euaropean menu (Blue Island)!!! - regular room service (cleaning) every 2-3 days with change of bed sheets and towels
some problem with canalisation system (disgusting smell in the bathroom from time to time) and shower (very low water pressure) - it would be great if they could repair it a little too noisy from the main road, but not realyy too much - and we understand it's not the fault of the owners, it's only the question of the location which is in all other aspects is great
We've got exavtly we expected for our money, the suit was well equiped with everything necessary,clean and silent enough though it has a front sea view and is located near the noisiest strret in Limasol. Air/cond, WiFi, parking were free. And even more - When the owners knew our child's stroller has broken during the flight they gave us their own to use for all period of stay - for free. And very extremely kind and attentive to all our needs andrequests.Definitely recomment as a best price/quality raio. Owners are very open warm people, considerate to needs of their clients. When we arived we found that with crises lots of food shops nearabout have closed. So we had to rent a car. But its hardly a fault of aparts so it's just a personal note on a current situation with local infrastructure -everything else was perfect
The location is great between the Limassol center and tourists area. There is a well organised beach in 5 minutes walk distance, with water sports available. It is very quiet here in daytime, but nearby motorway can disturb you, if you like to sleep with open windows. The hotel staff is really very nice and helpfull. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will feel here like home.
Supermarkets nearby are very pricey. It's better to buy food from the Limassol city.

The apartments are clean with large rooms and huge bathroom. Also, internet available. Close to the beach, but around 20 minutes (by car) from the old Limassol city- castle area. A great pub with good food next to it.
Very low water pressure in the shower. I would like to see a bar offering drinks and coffee during the day. There was one but seemed closed since nobody was there to serve both of the days we were there.
It's comfortable, clean, caussy and friendly staff. Very close to the sea and beaches.
My accommodations were very nice, and they were kind enough to provide me with a router in my room so that I could have WiFi--what a pleasant treat! They also arranged for a taxi to meet me in Larnaca, which helped remove the guesswork for me in how to find the hotel. The location is great if you're looking to spend most of your time at the beach, though it also was convenient to be so close to the bus line to go into the main part of the city (about a 10-15 minute ride). Overall, a great experience and really pleasant stay. I would stay here again.
Family run, very friendly, welcoming and extremely obliging and helpful. Good size apartment. Lovely little kitchen area. Enjoyed breakfast. Few minutes from the beach road etc.
Great kitchen, but no table/chairs to use to eat. But.... We asked and immediately had use of a table and 2 chairs for our stay. Make clear that it is Located few hundred yards off the main road but access via a 'complex road' not an actual road, so easy to miss.
Nice apartments, 100 meters from the beach, swimming pool, amazing breakfasts. Very appropriate for family with children. And most important thing is very friendly staff. Special thanks to George and Andrea.

Everything was very clean and room 403 freshly rennovated with nire sea gure. Owners were very helpful and i will be back again in Summer when in Limassol. Wonderful !!

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Very close to the main road, once you figure out where the hotel actually is. Very close to the sea and beach. Full kitchen facilities in case you want to purchase your own stuff and dine/cook in the room.
Internet was problematic in the rooms, although we managed somehow. Showers (hot water and current) could improve. Toilettes as well.

The communal areas were clean although the pool was green. Mostly because it is the winter season but would have been nicer to view if the pool was blue and clean in the summer I would imagine that it is lovely !!
